Julian Madsen

Julian MadsenJulian Madsen is a writer and researcher with al-Jazeera on Middle Eastern affairs. He graduated with a masters degree in International Relations focusing on Middle Eastern Studies. Having extensive knowledge of Arab culture and the political, social and economic landscape, Julian has lived in Egypt, Syria and Qatar. His analyses have appeared for the Jane's Information Group, as well as in Strategic Insights, the Journal of Arabic, Islamic and Middle Eastern Studies, Arena, World Press and RISQ.
