Double standards indeed. How can people be so blind to this? Australia is like the rich man in the gospel, eating, drinking and 'so busy' while Lazarus is starving at his gate.

But the solutions so simple: if we don't want them to drown because of the boats they're in, why doesn't Captain Australia and his gallant crew including Bill 'the bosun' Shorten logically send them a boat they couldn't drown in: gallant, Christian and , generous. Hey Presto - problem solved!..
