Managing your subscription

If your billing information has changed, payment details can be updated at any time via your subscriber profile page on the Eureka Street website as follows:

Login to your account on Eureka Street website here.

  1. Click on “Profile” (top right-hand corner) to access your profile page.
  2. Click on “My Account” and scroll down to “Payment Method”.
  3. To change payment details including credit card number, expiry date and/or CVC you must add a new payment method. Ensure “Use as default payment method” is ticked. (Note you cannot edit the current payment method).
  4. Once the new payment method is successfully added, delete the previous payment method (click on the 3 dots beside the card details and select “Delete”).

To cancel your subscription: 

  1. Click on “Profile” (top right-hand corner) to access your profile page.
  2. Click on “My Account” to access the Stripe payment portal.
  3. Click on “Cancel plan” to cancel your subscription. (Note: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. However, this cancellation will only take effect from the end of the current billing cycle. See our terms and conditions. )
