In the Fiona Katauskas cartoon, under the subtitle, a representative from UNESCO floats over the Great Barrier Reef in a boat, clutching a paper form. She says 'Congratulations! You're not endangered!' Beneath her, the coral is dead and bleached and the fish look sick.
