No aspersions on Fiona's drawing but I thought she may have had in mind Julie Bishop and Malcolm Turnbull who are leaving all the gubernatorial tasks to the beknighted Captain Tony. Certainly the same resolutions could apply to them if they wanted to take over the wheel of the ship of state - barnacles and all.
